Hi.... I am thinking of buying an apartment probably a quad in La Zenia. I was wondering if anyone  has used the estate agents  mycasa24.com. I ask this as a bit new to the business and you do hear negative  stories sometimes.

Views by private mail if it suits, but no trade replies thanks.

Do not pay anything upfront (Reservation Fee and similar), that money is gone forever. Any commitment in written should be signed by the seller and show a binding date of completion before a notary public.

Hi, we have a quad for sale (we’re the owners) in that area. Here’s the link to our agents site

Very nice Nick. My problem is I don't know when I can get out there from Ireland.  I was also thinking of maybe a gated community for extra security as would only be there for perhaps 6 months per year and the place would be empty the rest of the time.

I will certainly keep your place in mind,

Cheers Russell
