Problem with water

Hello since covid i was long time not in Spain,so i missed a waterbill from hidraqua ,i try to call,but only spanisch,what can i do?

I took this pic a few weeks back on the window of Hydraqua in San Fulgencio ,I then phoned the number when I got back and was able to select English and spoke to a female who was very helpful .I was looking to change the way I pay my bill as I have now closed the account with Banco Sabadell ,she was very good
