Hi Claire - We have a 2 bed townhouse to rent available in September. The cost is 550 Euros per month. It is in the La Zenia area 10 minutes walk to beach and has a shared pool. The house is located near Los Dolses and is close to all amenities, banks, supermarkets etc. It is a 3 minute walk through the park at the bottom of the road to La Zenia Boulevard. We have just spent 7000 on refurbishing it. I have attached some photos.

Hi Fay, sorry I didn’t manage to phone today, we are really interested in renting the town house for a month while we look for a permanent home. What are the other costs for the month and if we wanted to stay longer would that be possible. Thanks
