Hi Folks, we will be holidaying in La Zenia area shortly. I have had a bit of back trouble recently, all seems okay at the moment, doing all my exercises etc but I am terrified it may start again! Can anyone recommend a good physio (who hopefully won't be needed) just in case! Thanks, E&H.

Swedish Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in Los Dolses are excellent both myself and my partner have used their services.
They have a FB page and website if you want to check out their services and classes.
They are located above Bankinter opposite Dialprix.
