As far as I'm aware, all antibiotics or now prescription only so If by chance that any Farmacia would sell antibiotics over the counter it would be very unfair to name them on a public forum as they could face serious consequences.

The law has changed, and you can’t get them now. It was this Farmacia that informed me, when I tried about a month ago.

And it should be on prescription only and for necessary conditions only. The incidence of antibiotic resistance worldwide is huge, mainly due to indiscriminate prescribing, over the counter availability, non completion of courses and prophylactic use in livestock.

In 2022, new EU legislation will prohibit all forms of routine antibiotic use in farming, including preventative group treatments. animal or group of animals before clinical signs of a disease, in order to prevent the occurrence of disease or infection.

"Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) – the ability of microorganisms to resist antimicrobial treatments, especially antibioticshas a direct impact on human and animal health and carries a heavy economic burden due to higher costs of treatments and reduced productivity caused by sickness. AMR is responsible for an estimated 33,000 deaths per year in the EU. It is also estimated that AMR costs the EU €1.5 billion per year in healthcare costs and productivity losses."

The ban is the final step in the phasing out of antibiotics used for non-medicinal purposes. It is part of the Commission's overall strategy to tackle the emergence of bacteria and other microbes resistant to antibiotics, due to their overexploitation or misuse.Dec 22, 2005

If you have  the European medical card ( the blue one) and a zip card, it's simple enough. Just get an appointment with the GP at your local clinic and get a prescription.
