Unless you speak working level Spanish, you are unlikely to obtain work in the Spanish Social Service system. Also, unfortunately, your UK (?) qualifications will need to be validated by Spanish authorities. There are several private Care companies advertising online, who appear to cater to the ex-pat population, but I rather think that they don’t ‘employ’ people, you may need to register as autonomo (self-employed).

Hi, Please can you direct me into getting my qualifications recognised with 'Naric' the Spanish accreditation.

I am wanting to work in the area with my 'health & Social care' qualifications, but I have heard you need all

qualifications accredited.

Many thanks

Ellie ( Playa Flemenca)

I am sorry, Ellie, I cannot be of help with this. I would suggest you start by asking at the local Centro de Salud who should be able to direct you to the local relevant authorities.
