Hi we have an apartment in Playa Flamenca just a short way from La Zenia.  We have had this property for nearly 15 years we have loved every holiday we have taken there.  The facilities are wonderful with La Zenia Boulavard within walking distance as are the beach and bars.  We are selling our property only because our mortgage is nearly finished and we want to pay up our mortgage in the UK.  We can honestly say its a fantastic area and hope you do choose this area. 😃

Hi we have recently bought an apartment in Punta Prima which is near and within  walking distance of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia if you like walking ! Punta Prina l feel is a bit quieter with pleanty of restautants. La Zenia has a kovely beach and a great shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. We are so pleased with our decision to buy a holiday home in the area. We used SunWorld estate agents . Aimee spant a few days with us and  gave us a tour of the area and showed us different styles of properties. They also show you properties listed by other agents. We did not feel pressured into making a decission.Good luck in your search

Having visited in July September and earlier this month we did find November quieter which is to be expected  however restaurants were not empty more like half full whuch suited us . The Captains Table still had entertainment most nights. . Nautilus reztaurant on the beach was really busy. However we stayed in some evenings. We walked to Playa Flamenca market which was really busy and also La Zenia Boulevard was busy. To be honest l can imagine them being too busy in high season.I loved it in November. It was a bit cooler so we could explore more on foot as we do not have a car there. Hope this helps

Hi out of season is as you say noce and quite and the weather is very mild day time chilly evenings.  Pibs r open and the best restaurants we visit are at the Playa Flamenca commerical centre not the large on on the corner though thats rough!  Also Gong restaurant is delish Asian food so tasty.  Also the Fig n Olive in the Citrus Centre is fab prob the best restaurant in the area well worth a visit u wont be dissapointed all these restaurants r open all year round that tells u how good they r hope this helps John.

Hi we bought a property in March this year after only a brief visit, La Zenia has it all, fabulous beach, lots of bars, restaurants, a brilliant Irish bar called Paddy’s Point and shopping heaven in the Boulevard, we have visited most months apart from December and found it to be perfect every time.  There are also lots of places to visit which are only a few miles away such as Villamartin and a new airport opening in January in Murcia.  Hope this info is helpful.

Hi

I bought a property in La Zenia last year, and have made a number of trips there since buying. I looked at other areas, but when I got to La Zenia I found a buzz there that i couldn't find anywhere else. I am less than 10 mins walk from the beach and the Boulavard, supermarket across the road. I would certainly recommend the area, and before I bought I spoke to a number of people that had property in the area, and not one of them had anything negative to say about the area.(Then I suppose i expected that since they were living there). Anyway good look with your search.
