Hi do you need pay another monthly subscription to re-subscribe to Amazon prime in Spain?
Yes.
One of the key features of Prime is free delivery which is country specific so for instance if you are a Prime member in UK you will not get free delivery to Spain and vice-versa.
Not sure about Amazon TV as I never had it in UK so couldn't say if it works in Spain although I see no reason it wouldn't if using a VPN.

You will need an additional subscription for Spain, but it is about half the price of UK charge, pays for it self very soon with free delivery. I have kept my UK Amazon also, and works fine on my smart tv here in Spain without additional VPN, you just need to sync your tv to your Amazon Prime account, I do sometimes order items from UK or Germany Amazon to Spain, Germany is cheaper than UK for delivery, and usually arrives in a few days, so lots of choice, thats an ootion if not available from Spain or UK.

As Mutt says above, Prime for Amazon.es is 36 Euros but just once a year!
