Looking for property rentals in La Zenia

Hello!

My family and I are moving to Costa Blanca in April 2017. We eventually want to buy but want to take a rental property for the first year so that we don't rush into anything.

We tried to view a few rentals during a visit last week but didn't manage to find anything. Clearly not a lot about. Grateful for a PM if anyone can give me a heads up on any properties they are aware of that meet the following requirements:

Areas: Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca (or nearby but within walking distance to beach).Size: 3+ bedrooms

Price: Looking at 800-1000 Euros per month.

Private pool preferred

Grateful of any advice!

They only seem to have one property listed for long term rentals at the moment but I will register our details with them. I'm sure something will come up.

We are also waiting to complete on our house found through Alan at Easy Ads. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is a goldmine of information about Spain from where to buy things to information about areas. Do give him a call. If he doesn't have a rental for you, then he more than likely will know someone who does and will put you in touch.
