Yesterday we had a problem with a major leak from our water boiler, we knew that a friend had had a similar problem and contacted her. She provided the name of the Brico in La Florida opposite The Abbey. One simple phone call and we went to the store to purchase a new boiler and to have installation arranged by the store. The installer arrived in less than an hour and removed the old boiler ( which he disposed of for us ) installed the new one and explained the operation of the boiler. Delighted with the service both at the store ( we were looked after by Neil ) and from the installer, cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had a holiday home in La Florida for almost 18 years and Juan, the owner and his team have been there as long as I can remember, they are super helpful in there, they have solved so many issues for me over the years.

I have friends in Spain who are in the trade and they always use this Ferreteria.

Within the past couple of years they have extended their premises into what was a restaurant next door, The Adria who relocated to the top floor of the Playa Flamenca centro commercial ( not sure if they are still there but this was a very nice restaurant)

So, if you don't mind John, I can second your recommendation.

Totally agree. It is a fantastic set up and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Won't matter if you are spending 60 cents or €600 you will get fantastic service.
