They have a customer area on their website, but I cant register on it, as it doesn't  recognise my account number, despite it being quoted on their bills!

I just cannot find a contact email address for them that doesn't involve an automated 'no reply' message.

The other contact media they suggest is Twitter - which I don't use.

Going out of my mind with this, so if anyone has an email contact, whereby I can discuss the issue with a human being at Hidraqua, it would be appreciated - thanks!

I was using an old bill as reference, had to put in the contract number (Num. Contraro) which is at top of bill on r/h side above your name, and then Num. factura, which is a long mixture of numbers and letters, 18 in my case, which is on the section below your address details. Once these 3 have been correctly inputted, you will be taken onto another page to register your e-mail address, password etc to set up your online account 👍
