Hi

I have had a contract for hidraqua and completed it and sent it to them by email but they are asking for the original, does anyone know if they located in Orihuela or do they have a local office that I can deliver it to?

There is a Hidraqua Office in the Town Hall at Playa Flamenca, maybe they could help you.

Hi

I am trying to change my direct debit payment to hidraqua from Bankia to Wise but the website keeps sending me an error message. I have emailed Hidraqua and followed their instructions (which were exactly what I was doing) but it won’t work. I can’t find a way to get in touch- is there a local office in La Zenia or the surrounding area?

I know the account works as the IBERDROLA successfully updated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am in the UK and won’t be in La Zenia again until November!!

Hi Una

The Hidragua site will only accept Spanish IBANs, annoyingly!

I sent them a message through the website giving them my Belgian IBAN and they changed it after a few days.

If you prefer, there is an office by the town hall in Playa Flamenca, close to Mercadona.

Thank you Steve, that is really helpful and explains the problem.

I have outlined the problem via the website but didn’t give the wise Belgian details wasn’t sure if that was a safe thing to do? But I will and failing that I will call in person to the office. That is fantastic to know.
