To clarify guys,
yes firesticks can be £39.99 (not £35.50)....you still need to know what to do with them or just use them with your amazon prime account.
The old firesticks are smaller and slower and tend to get very warm...hot even with newer apps.
The new ones can capacitance and keep up with latest apps.
Kodi is dead...yes too much phaffing and unreliable.
My devices are loaded with the latest apps providing far more than Kodi ever could, Some of the apps my supplier has to pay a subscription too for the best possible versions.
Yes, it is possible to put your own apps and things on, however, if not the right apps running can be problematic and just as much phaffing as Kodi...also, new apps will use up even more memory on an old stick...there’s certainly no harm in trying.
I can load apps etc but don’t, purely because my supplier is a geek and knows a lot more than I do, he lives and breathes firesticks and as I said, he pays subscriptions for some of them.
