I used them to purchase in Cabo Roig .   I could not recommend them .    I ended up employing a local Spanish lawyer to do post completion work.  I can recommend a local Spanish lawyer who was superb and speaks English fluently .   I regret employing E and G and I won't go into details but let's just say , as a Lawyer myself , I was massively disappointed .    That is my honest experience .   I can give you my Spanish Lawyers details who funnily enough was recommended by others on this forum .   She was first class and very reasonable in fees (unlike E and G ) 

Jenny , Thankyou for responding to my post. I did feel that their fee was quite expensive they quoted almost £1000 more than people seemed to say is the average cost. Whilst reading their reviews people were saying they had found them at The Place in the Sun events so I thought they must be good and speaking english was a bonus as we don’t speak Spanish ‘yet ‘ .  Thankyou the name of your solicitor would be appreciated. Stephie I can only say that if you are in the Alfaz area your lack of Spanish is not a problem as Abagados here all have English speaking staff.

There fees are high and because I was so wary of buying abroad I thought I would get a top service .   I did not and it was vastly inferior to what I would expect in the UK.  They  actually operate from London and appear to employ agents to do the work in Spain.  The Head lawyer talks a good game but after the initial conversation your case is handed over to his paralegals in London.   If I had not been bound to continue with them because they had started the NIE application then I would have changed mid way through, such was the poor service.  

They refused to answer a planning enquiry I had or confirm the house had planning permission.  I never got a reply from their Spanish Lawyer so in desperation contacted Carmen who someone else recommended on this forum.   Unlike E and G , who would not even make a single phone call before I had transferred £1,200 to them , she answered my planning query with no charge being made.  I instructed her to do the post completion work and attend the completion meeting as she was considerably cheaper and far more efficient .  She sorted out a bank account for me and the transfer of utilities .   Like I said before, she is superb and speaks fluent English .  Message me if you want any more help .  I am now in my new house loving it .  The stress was worth it!!!   Good luck !!
