Arabi Area Land Building Work

We visit this area numerous times a year as we have use of a caravan on Camping Almafra, when we walk up the hill from the camp to goto into town we go behind the Arabi commerical area, for years the waste land next to year was left alone but they seem to be working on it now and was wondering if anyone knows what its going to be?
