I'm just exploring possibilities; do banks grant loans to Communities?
We have had some significant damage caused to our Community Pool area overnight from the torrential rain.
Obviously we have insurance so does the owner of the property whose tidal wave rushing through his garden caused the landslide crushing walls and uprooting trees.
However we don't think our Community Funds will cover the cost of repairs and we all know the Insurance Companies will try and wriggle out of accepting liability, hence my enquiry.
