Hi Daniel

We bought a property in Playa Flamenca last December, and one of the first things we did was get a sky dish and Internet set up in the house. We visit 4-5 times s year, and the Internet is only used when we are at the property, and we pay for this before we fly out from the UK, costs are dependent on length of stay, for 5 days we pay 11 euros.

PNTV are run by an English couple, Peter & Nicky, and they are easy to contact and communicate with. We had an issue in March when the sky dish was not picking up all the required channels, I rang Nicky snd an engineer was sent out the next day and rectified the issue.

I can't fault them at all, their engineers speak good English, are smart & polite, and leave the work area spotless when complete. I even bumped into the engineer when he was out shopping with his partner in La Zenia Boulevard, he recognised me and asked if everything was still working okay, great after-sales and customer care service!

I have no hesitation in recommending them, especially for the Internet if you are looking to only pay when you use it

Steve

Did you have to sign a contract?

Thanks

No, no contracts at all, just set-up and install one off cost, then it's pay as and when you need it

The initial install gives you a router, and Internet mast (bit like a miniature sky dish on a pole). They may also do different types of installations if you don't want the dish/mast type, best give them a call to explain your property type and exsctly what youvrequire

Hi Sadie, to be honest I don't remember what their set up costs were as they did a variety of works on the one visit to our house, incl supply & fit new sky dish, installation of new internet mast, and routing of all cables through underfloor ducting which I never knew existed! They knew the layout of the house as they had worked on similar properties on the urbanisation, which were all built at the same time. They were very polite, clean & tidy, and when I asked them back 2 months later due to loss of some tv channels they attended quickly and resolved the issue straight away - none of these "we'll come back tomorrow" excuses. They do give great customer service, the phones in the office are manned by ZNicky, who is an English ex-pat and ever so helpful.

I have attached s list of their prices for getting pay as you use Internet, and they come highly recommended by myself!
