Free Tai Chi Classes for Beginners on the garden terrace of the las Ramblas Golf Restuarant
Any one can learn Tai Chi. Persons of all ages and all physical abilities. These classes are free and popular. Join in and have fun while learning a wonderful Chinese art form of meditation in motion.
Tai Chi is performed slowly, to music with slow, controlled and continuous movements. It is a form of meditation in motion if done properly it can result in many health benefits such as improved posture, improved balance, improved flexibility, improved coordination, improved memory retention and improved concentration.
While I teach many different forms from all of the 5 Tai Chi styles, the forms I teach at las Ramblas Golf club are the 8 and 24 forms from the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. The most well known style of Tai Chi in the world.
