Bonjour,

Nous sommes français et nous avons l'intention d'acheter un bien entre xalon et lliber que nous avons visité le 26 novembre et qui nous plaît beaucoup. Petit bémol j'ai remarqué des traces d'innondation sur la terrasse et des pompes d'assèchement encore en place. Le propriétaire nous as dit que parfois il pleut un peu fort et qu'il doit renvoyer l'eau dans le jardin... Aussi je voudrais savoir si les innondations sont fréquentes dans cette partie de la costa.

I am sorry, but my command of French is not good enough to reply in your language. The weather has been getting worse with more rainfall it seems. The river overflows it’s banks in really wet weather, but does not last very long. I have no knowledge of any serious flooding in the area.

We live outside the village in the campo, on a mountainside. Our underbuild does suffer with water getting in during heavy rain and it can be a nuisance, we have bought a specialised pump for shallow water to deal with this. This year we have used it a few times, but it is more of an inconvenience than any kind of serious problem.
