Count back 180 days from 30th May to see how many days you would have spent in the zone. It isn't a set 180 days, it is rolling. Would do it myself but the football is on!
Edit, the 45 days are 30 in May and 15 in February

Hi Cheryl,

Please can you let me know if I can do more days in June and October.

I did. 9 days in October 2021 and in December 2021 10 days that is 19 days in total.

I want to do few days in March and April 2022 and then in June 7 days and October 2022 10 days.   Is this ok to do….

Stop trying to work it out in your head, use a Schengen calculator

Do do but when you get to 3rd and 4th trip we’re first 180 days ends it gets confusing and they also put a disclaimer on there site saying that they are not responsible if dates not accurate, just to confuse more

The disclaimer is there just in case you enter incorrect information. Could be because of “fat fingers” pressing the wrong keys or something like arriving at 23.55 and not counting that as a day. Or not including a break in another Schengen zone etc

Your days are 90 days in a rolling 180 days. So you can either count back manually 180 days from the date you want to leave Schengen or input the dates you think you want to stay in a calculator.

For instance in your case 30th May, which as a quick manual calculation counting back 180 days  is around 2/3 Dec. So discount anytime spent in Schengen before then. So 15 days in Feb  plus 30 days in May  equals 45 days which gives you 45 days left.

Or I’ve entered the dates in the calculator which agrees  with my manual calculations that you have 45 days left. As per screenshot.

The purpose of the calculator is that you can play around with the dates to suit however long you want to stay for.
