Hi, we are going through the house purchase process in Los altos.

can anyone advise us which power company we should connect with for the best deal.

Also do we need to get a supplier for TVs, this is to be a family holiday home so we won't be using the place full time, the property has a huge dish on one of the balconies.

We would appreciate any advice.

Kind regards. Jackie.

There's already a lot of information on the forum about electricity pricing and suppliers, so spend time reading up.

The main thing with Iberdrola is make make sure you're contracted on the correct capacity, and on the correct plan.

The only serious contender to Iberdrola that I've heard of is:

http://www.fenieenergia.es/energia/electricidad/

Ref the TV, if the dish is at least 1.4 metres, then all you need is a receiver box to get all the free UK channels.

Thanks Jim, this is helpful, I'll certainly search the forum. I'm starting to find my way around it

With the guidance from you all.

Kind regards. Jackie.
