Sabadell bank

Hi All , I just had 30 euros taken out of my sabadell bank , for card maintenance fee just wondered if any body has had the same taken out of there account. Thanks Barry

Hi 19Kingswaysouth

I am guessing here but did you receive 2 debit cards as the second is chargeable I think the figure was around 30 euros.

Hi Barry,

Are you resident, or non-resident? Sabadell introduced a maintenance charge of €15 per quarter for Residents' accounts last year, although this could be mitigated by having a pension paid direct to your account, or buying another product, such as insurance or investment.

Non-residents have been charged for account maintenance for at least as long as I've lived in Spain - 5 years ago, Sabadell used to charge €24 per quarter for a non-resident account, although I think that charge is now €35 per quarter.
