Prebious posts mentioned an item you can buy from Mercadona for use  against mosquitoes, Is it Nenuco aqua de colonia?

Agua de colonia just means cologne, whereas Nenuco is a brand name. In Mercadona you'll find it with the baby lotions etc.

Some Spaniards swear by it. I can't offer a personal opinion as we don't have mossies where I live.

I use both the nenuco brand and the generic agua de cologne and think they are both brilliant-I am usually plagued by mosquitoes but once I put this on no bites and if I missed a spot it stops the itching immediately if I put it on afterwards.i usually apply with a facecloth as it’s much easier for coverage
