Hi All,
We currently have our home insurance with Sabbadell and are looking to change due to the terrible service. We are looking to potentially change to Liberty Seguros for Expats (https://www.libertyexpatriates.es/)
Has anyone used Liberty Seguros for Expats and are they any good? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I use Jennifer Cunningham and the insurance is with Liberty Seguros. Great customer service.

We originally were insured with Sabadell, they had insured the wrong house! Unbelievable.
Changed to Liberty Segurus through an agent. 2 claims so far, paid without any issue.

Hi we use Alfonso at Gran Alicant insurance
He is an agent for Liberty Seguros. We have our private health insurance and house & content insurance with them.
Alfonso speaks English, and the customer service is excellent

Hi JC2021,
We've had our Home and Car insurances with Liberty Seguros for 6 years - 2 claims on Home insurance (1 broken pipe and 1 blocked pipe) and 2 claims on Car insurances (third parties at fault in both cases). We've found them very responsive and there were no issues with resolving the claims. Each year, I ask for quotes from other companies and I've never been able to improve on Liberty's premiums.

I believe that you have to give one months notice to your current insurer (may even be two) if you wish to cancel a policy, and that Sabadell are notoriously difficult when this happens.
