Hello, I am thinking of buying a holiday home in Spain, Costa Brancaster. Which is the best area Los Altos or Denia?

Regarding Los Altos and Denia, they are both good areas however the North where Denia is the prices are much higher and not as warm in the winter.

Defo los Altos which is more south and much busier
