How do i get a refund for a washing machine which did not get delivered?
Hi i have a property in Los Altos and last December our washing machine packed up so i had another 4 days there and decided to buy one online from "Electrotres". who promote they can deliver in 24/48hr.Anyway with 4 days left in Spain i thought thats plenty of time for the delivery.About 8days later while back in the U.K i got a phone call from them to say they are delivering that day,so i told them i was back in the U.K and noboby was there to take the delivery.We arranged again for Febuary as we were over again.Due to high winds our flight was cancelled and then covid kicked in so we could not get over.We were there for three weeks in August and tried to get in touch with them for delivery but they refuse to take our calls or respond to emails.So i wanted to know is there anyone in Spain we can get in touch with to help us get our money back?
