Found this on Iberdrola website:
Languages
From the Iberdrola Customer Telephone we serve you in: Spanish, Basque, Valencian, English, French and German.
The default language is Spanish, but if you require assistance in any of the other available languages, you must state this at the start of the call so that you can be transferred immediately to an agent who will help you in the language you requested.
English calls from Spain 900 322 044 English calls from abroad (0034)91 649 63 30

CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPLINE: 900 210 100Call this number to make enquiries or carry out operations. The hotline is available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am until 9.00 pm without interruption.
I think you will need to request an English speaker when you call them.

For Iberdrola, the English contact number is here - just prefix it with 0034:

For Hidraqua, there's an online contact facility:
https://hidraqua.aguasonline.es/en/contacta
You may have a problem with the telephone number field if you haven't got a Spanish SIM card. In that case put in a number you know of, e.g. your bank or solicitor in Spain.
I've seen several non-premium numbers for them, but don't know for sure if any are correct:
965100431, 965138201, 965115418

Thank you I couldn't find this on their website. That's what I love about this forum you can always find what you need or if its not there their's some one who will know.
