I believe most, if not all banks charge for non-resident accounts, usually on a quarterly basis and for roughly that amount.

Non resident accounts pay a quarterly charge, this was increased from 30 to 36 Euros a quarter earlier this year. Residents paying in 700 Euros a month pay no charges.

Hi if you are Non Resident then the fee is taken every 2 years...the Bank pass part of the charge on to the Police Department that deals with the Registration of Non Residents. My fee is usually in 2 parts with the total amounting to approx €36. I’m with Sabadell and this fee is in addition to the quarterly charge of €36 .

If you are a non-resident you are charged this sum every 3 months.

Helen05 ..this fee is different to the quarterly charges levied on Non Resident Accounts.
Maybe you need to go into the bank and ask.
