Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of setting up Real Debrid for TV. Its a fantastic service but despite having to pay for it no one will provide support which is worth having.

I would think most people prefer an IPTV subscription as it’s for simpler to use.  Jodi navigation takes a bit of patience. An IPTV subscription is also similar in price , as  I believe you also need to pay for a VPN  alongside the Real Debrid subscription.

Hello Graham;

Using firestick, any TV series or movie is available free. Its true you do need or are advised to use a VPN but Surfshark is for €2.5 per month and debrid is also dirt cheap. However, reading trustpilot I am now of the opinion that Real Debrid and others which are similar, do work or don't work. Its as simple as that.

I used IPTV for a long time and generally buffering was not a problem. However, I abandoned it when costs went to €125 per annum. There is of course the cost of the receiver, which I understand is now around €160 plus.

Things may have changed and I would be grateful to hear of anything which would make my return to IPTV desirable. I actually used a VPN when I had IPTV. It would appear that this wasn't necessary though

With   brand new firesticks starting from 15€ (normal offer price on an Amazon deals day - coming up next month) and annual subscription from 50€  that equate to a yearly subscription costing slightly less than what I used to pay Sky for just 2 weeks viewing.

Hello Graham,

I've been checking IPTV and it seems to be the way forward for us here in Spain. However, some of the websites just don't work, others ignore you and I can't find out whether or not a VPN is required.

I wounder if I could impose on you one more time and ask for advice in regard to which provider to obtain service from. I am quite interested in cricket and tv series.

Regards

John

I have used IPTV for years without a VPN.

IPTV receivers are around €60 from Amazon.es.

I have used the Tvmucho app for many years and I pay €48 per annum (but I think its slightly more now) and receive 36 channels and catchup services.

www.tvmucho.com

You can try their services free for a day to see if it's suitable.
