Within the 2 days after that

I did as my previous post, after testing myself, took the package containing the swab to the Randox drop box 5 miles from my home address yesterday and received my result this morning. Negative, happy days.

Hi PBP you should start a new post about non-resident bank accounts. This topic is about 2 day tests. You'll get a better response if you start a new topic.

Yes, I was wondering what this had to do with the original topic

The day you land is classed as day 0 so you need to take it on Day 2 after that

No you don't.

The day you land is day 0.

You can do your test on day 0, 1 or 2

Exactly correct David, you can take the 2 day test on any of the 3 days 0,1 or 2.

I don't know why people are getting confused. My friends did the test on the day they arrived home which is 0 and I did mine on day 2. None of us had any issues.

You need to take the test 48 hrs after you arrive. You should have booked it through  a government website.

Weren't Randox one of the companies paying Owen Paterson more than he gets for his day job? I'm not suggesting that's how they got onto the govt approved list but it's enough to make me steer well away.
