 If that happened & it seems unlikely, you would have to see what restrictions  the UK government imposed regarding travel. 

With yesterdays figure of 49,000 new Covid cases in 24hrs, I wouldn't go at all,   unless you have to. If your visit is essential, go - and get back here asap before Boris's random decision making kicks in.

I think they cannot stop you returning to you place of permanent residence

Make sure you carry your TIE with you so you can prove your country of residence to enable you to return to Spain.

There does seem to be an increase in countries restricting flights in and out of the U.K.  

The U.K. ghaven’t done themselves any favours by announcing that cases could again rise to 100k per day.

Hopefully it’s just scaremongering, but in this crazy pandemic world anything could happen

Exactly the same as what happened in the very first lockdown, you will be given time to get back to your place of residency. 

Everyone is allowed to return to their place of legal residence. The problem might be that there are no convenient flights. Friends of mine spent hundreds on a taxi to catch an embassy organised flight home as the choice they were given was Madrid or Barcelona for the only 2 flights that were available.

I'd wait until it happens ,but you have to be careful  about putting ideas in Mr Johnsons head the more things are talked about the more they could become reality ,this is what happened with Quarantine hotels certainly no laughing matter if you had to stay in one 

If the Uk was to lockdown, it would be a disarster for the economy. Its in a terrible state as it is and is going to be a lot worse next year. The government has a group of behavioural scenitists working for them. Constantly giving subliminal messaging to the population. I am not making this up. Its called nudging, with the aim to make everyone get vaccinated and keep in line.

Whether the population would conform this time is another matter.

During the last one you were allowed to travel back to your place of residence.

Exactly wouldn't trust or believe a single word Johnson or any of his cronies said.
