Is it insured?
If so, check your policy for roadside assistance and where and under what circumstances they will help.
I had a problem with mine and used the insurance recovery to get it from home to the garage.

No we let it go for the pandemic so have to have it roadworthy before we can get it insured again but thank you

You will have to contact a local Grua, there are plenty about as you can't legally tow another vehicle in Spain with anything other than a registered recovery truck. (Grua)
If you contact the garage where you intend the work to be done I am sure they can organise it for you.
