Quad house re-paint

Hi,
Could anyone advise me on the quantity of paint required as I intend to do the repaint myself?
Also, any advise on the best paint to use.

The best paint in my opinion is Adoral Monocapa. One coat covers. Interior or exterior. About ten square metres a litre. Contains a built-in roller 'tray'. About €15 for four litres.
