Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to go to for quotes for healthcare for me and my wife.

Looking to get some quotes as we look at cost to retire in beautiful Spain...

Thanks

BAZ

Scroll down the page and click on the advert for Gran Alacant Insurances. Alfonso has an excellent reputation.

Yes he is helpful but I've since found out the policy is not worth the money .we required this for our residency and took the policy where you are entitled to a medical checkup (full mot) .  Was refused a test that the cardiologist requested after a dodgy e.c.g due to the fact not a policyholder for 6 months even although paid a year up front! Have just discovered today that my well woman check up, where a polyp was discovered and sent for a biopsy I now have to pay 200 euros for the test. At no point did the hospital advise that this wasn't covered! To be honest you would think private medical care would cover this but received an email today stating not guaranteed under insurance policy they have refused payment. I just want other people to be aware that not everything is covered. I've emailed Alfonso asking why and await his reply.
