Hi, managed to finally get an appointment with the INSS for my wifes SIP card, but its in Orhiuela, can anyone confirm they will issue a SIP card to people living in Torrevieja.

Hello

Hope this might help. When I registered an S1 here(many years ago) Torrevieja didnt have an INSS office and mine was registered in Orihuela (& SIP card issued).

Now, I assume you would have to register S1 in Orihuela & then take all your documents to your local Salud to get the SIP card...

INSS is a national organisation so you can go to any office to register your S1. The only time you have to go to a specific INSS office is if you are told to.

SIP is a Valencia region thing so that's why you will have to go to your local Salud as Elinspain says.
