Looking for a job: Working in school

Hello back in UK. I've done shop work . Classroom assistant now work in school kitchens .
I want to move to Spain with my 2 children 7 and 9 but need a job that fit around school hours.
Does anyone have any advice .
As I know I need to find somewhere to rent before can find work and also need to find a school
