Thank you this is very helpful. Has anybody had a bad experience with Brico delivery service Delogista ?? we were offered all
sorts of discounts to offer them the job of fitting our kitchen but we said they were too expensive so they offered discounts on the
vat and the delivery but we still did not want them to do it, so they sent a man around to measure without asking us first but we let him measure anyway.....the kitchen was designed by Brico and as these are working on their behalf I assumed it was ok...…
we found a kitchen fitter and they were brilliant but the kitchen didn't fit so we went back to Brico and they said who measured
the kitchen so we pointed to the man on the Delogista desk and said he did but when they questioned him he denied sending
anybody to measure so Brico would not accept liability so now we have a kitchen that doesn't fit …….I asked Delogista who I
needed to contact to complain but they wouldn't give me a name or number, he wouldn't even give his name or the name or telephone number of his head office or his boss...….we found out later the next day his name was Jose so I am currently trying
to track down the company head office to make an official complaint......anybody got any information re Delogista that might
help?
