Hi, we are in the process of buying a property in Spain. We will be using the house ourselves for around 6 months of the year but are hoping to rent the property out when we are not there. If anybody could recommend an excellent Cleaner that would be happy to do meet and greets and generally keep an eye on the property when we are not there I would be very grateful for any suggestions :-) many thanks in advance.

Sorry meant to say the property is in Los Balcones, very close to the hospital :-)

To rent to tourists now you need a Tourist Licence.
Tourist Licence for holiday rental
If the property is on a community you will have to get the OK from them first, then a compatability certificate from the Ayuntamiento providing it meets the specifications, then the licence from Alicante. Only the town hall and community can tell you if it is suitable NOT the estate agent.

Hi Cheryl, many thanks for your message :-) We are aware that we need a touristic license before we can rent the property out. We are in the process of getting this sorted with our Solicitor. Enjoy the rest of your day.
