Hi,

I've had a place out here for many years, however, now wish to obtain residency. I have seen my lawyer who informs me the first thing is obtaining 3 months Padron.

Where/ how do I do this?

Any advice as I need tp do this quickly?

Thanks

Paul

The town hall will want to see the original copy of your Escritura or lease agreement, and your passport. Sometimes they also want to see recent utility bills.

Hi

So confused again. I thought you have to be a resident before you can be added on the padron. And yet the post by another guy said his lawyer advised him to be on the padron for 3 months before he can get his residency. It seems you are given different advice from different people.
