HI, I'm so confused I fly to Alicante on the 8th August with Ryanair. Do I need a PCR test to fly with Ryanair ?

You don’t state where you are flying from and whether you’ve been fully vaccinated, with a Covid certificate More than likely if you need a test the RAT will suffice.
As you’re not travelling till August, I wouldn’t worry about it till nearer the time, as the rules will no doubt change numerous times before then. If the EU get their way you could be facing quarantine as well.

The new restrictions announced yesterday regarding entering Spain from UK with a COVID passport/test are only valid for travel up to 31 July
With numbers increasing in the UK and in the Valencian region things could change overnight. As they did for travel between Valencian Region and the Balearics

as from 10pm today tuesday 29 only need double jabs and health form from spanish gov site
we are coming over on ferry and driving down to cocentaina

No incorrect as the original poster is travelling in August.
Restrictions are until the end of July as per BOE
