We have just moved to Los Dolses. Can anyone recommend a good builder. We have had recommendations in the past but have not really had much joy with them. They either didn’t turn up, wanted to bring their wives and children to play in the pool whilst they worked, one didn’t even have a tape measure. So a good quality recommendation would be really appreciated. Thank you all.

We have had a bathroom,and downstairs toilet remodelled with.

Mario is his name.
He did our work though Leroy Merlin.
His work is second to none.
Which is why we got him to do the second remodel.
He is busy though.

Debra,bearing in mind we went through Leroy Merlin.
I'm sure there would be a charge for Merlin,I have realms of paperwork so looking through would be daunting.
Our upstairs bathroom was €5.600.
The small downstairs toilet was €3.200.
All completely ripped out,new ceiling,new floor and wall times,new electrics,and plumbing.
With Merlin we have their loyalty card so will get quite a lot of points to spend in there.
He may only work through Merlin,but it's worth an email.
I'm having trouble sending pics on CBF, I can send them on an email if you like or Via WhatsApp.
In the 12 years we have lived here,we have been ripped off by some cowboys.
Usually our own countrymen too.
Our motto is "You get what you pay for"
We were dealt with at Merlin, Habaneros by Claudia.

Our whole house has been reformed now,so we don't need any more work done.
I'm sorry we didn't find him originally,when we only had contact with 'cowboys'

We found them via a google search regarding reviews of their work and have never been disappointed. They turn up when they say they will and have a fantastic work ethic

We have used this company as well and they are a brother and sister operation. The beauty is that not only do their stuff but they speak fluent English.
