Tai Chi classes for Beginners in Los Dolses
I am now running Tai Chi for Beginners classes at the OK Gym in los Dolses
Classes are on a Monday from 11:00 to 12:00 and on a Friday from 12:00 to 13:00..

Tai Chi is a very special Chinese art form and it is performed slowly, to music with slow, controlled and continuous movements. It is a form of meditation in motion if done properly and does bring many health benefits such as improved posture, improved flexibility, improved coordination and improved concentration.
I have tailored my classes to suit beginners and persons that are only here for a a few months.
I have been trained in China and I have been practicing Tai Chi Ch'uan for twenty plus years. I practice many different forms from all the different Tai Chi styles and I love teaching Tai Chi.
