Hi everyone. We are moving to Los Dolses next month sometime. I know one of you will have the answer to my question. Is it easy enough to buy over the counter vitamins. Do supermarkets stock them or is there a health shop that I would be able to purchase them from?

Most Pharmacies have vitamin supplements. There are also lots of health food shops including a Holland & Barrett in Habaneras.
Look up Holland & Barrett online to see what they stock.

Thank you so much . That’s really helpful and good to hear. I didn’t want to stock up with boxes and boxes of multi vits before I came.

I find it a lot easier, and often cheaper, to buy from Amazon ES.
