Hi Folks,

We are Karl and Amanda,

Just buying a place in Los Dolses, initially for extended holidays but hopefully as a permanent move before March next year.

We've found this forum to be a mine of information and we're looking forward to getting over to complete the purchase in April. We've had a couple of visits and have friends Gordon and Pam who have lived here for around 20 years. We even played some songs in Amigos bar when we were last over a few weeks ago!

So we're looking forward to getting to know people. In the meantime we have to follow the posts for advice on house insurance, transfers from airport, air con fitting, internet and TV (urgent!! lol) and awnings etc. Thanks to all of you who've posted on here, great information and on the whole feels very friendly. See some of you soon
