Good evening.  My wife and I are moving to the area next week which we are very much looking forward  too. We will be looking for employment but realise that vacancies may be a little scarce at the moment. However we have a wealth of customer service experience which we have both gained as cabin crew over the past 14 years or so.  We also have a vast skill set and knowledge base picked up during our working careers previous to flying. Full Cv's can be supplied if needed and anything will be considered.  We have our appointment for our NEI second week of November.  Thank you for accepting me into the forum and I look forward to any responses.

Cheers

Stewart

To be honest, you will have to join the queue of people looking for work. Unless you speak Spanish and can offer specialised professional skills unavailable here, you are going to struggle. There was a huge unemployment problem before Covid and this has now been compounded. Most people moving here are retired or have independent means, most positions will go to native Spanish people first. Pay rates are nowhere near UK levels, and this is before the requirement to have fully comprehensive private health cover.

By all means come, but you need to be realistic.
