Hi, we have recently purchased a house in Los Dolses and are now looking to have a few improvement jobs done around the house like new internal doors, painting and decorating of walls etc,
Can anybody recommend a local small builder who could carry out these items for reasonable rates.

I know a small builder, he's about four foot six in Cuban heels. 😀

Yes I know that guy, does a good job painting handrails and skirting and his fees are very low, !!!!!

Hi Tommy,
Please be careful when hiring a Builder, get recommendations and if the builder gives you some references ask for their phone numbers give them a call and visit.
Please do not give any money up front for materials etc.
There has been a lot of posts of people being fleeced by Rogue Builders on this Forum,
