You can transfer up to £25000 online yourself but will get a better rate by speaking to one of their client managers.
We used Freddie Vyvyan (pronounced Vivian). You can get him on 00442078479454 or through the UK switchboard.
You'll need a Spanish bank account to pay the Euros into once transferred as they can't sit for too long in the company's client account due to financial regulations.
I believe there's an office in Playa Flamenca but had no reason to use it.
Ask away if there's anything else......
Cheers
Craig

Hi , when we bought our home here in Spain in August, when our UK house sale was all completed and solicitor transferred the cash to our NatWest account, we asked local branch albeit a 19 mile drive if they could do the transfer to the Spanish solicitors account as we were only permitted to do online payments of £20,000 per day so far easier and efficient to send in one hit.
We were advised by estate agents to send through a money transfer company but again the £20,000 still would have applied so actually saw no reason to do it with them , I don't know of any issues using these currency transfer companies but it's all your own choice.
When NatWest did it for us we made appointment few days prior and went into the branch , we went into a private office and gave all details of transfer , they did it all for us in less than 5 minutes, it cost £21.00 and was in Spanish solicitors account next morning as they confirmed receipt. I don't know if all banks would do it or if at same cost but it worked ideally for us.
Hope this helps in any way
