Just what i found on the net, i use an Android box not a firestick.

A "playlist won't play" error on a Firestick usually indicates a temporary glitch, network issue, or a problem with the specific app (like TiviMate or Amazon Music) processing the playlist data.

1. Quick Fixes (Try These First)

Restart the Firestick: Unplug the power adapter, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. This clears temporary memory.
Force Stop and Clear Cache: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, select the app (e.g., TiviMate), and select Force stop, then Clear cache.
Check Internet Connection: Ensure your Wi-Fi is stable, as poor connectivity can cause playlists to fail.

2. If Using IPTV (TiviMate, Smarters, etc.)

Verify M3U/Xtream Codes Link: Re-enter your playlist URL, username, and password. Copy/paste errors (especially missing ports like :80 or extra spaces) are common.
Check Provider Status: Your IPTV provider may be down, or their server may be overloaded.
Set User-Agent (TiviMate Fix): In TiviMate, go to Settings > General > User Agent and type vlc.
Check Connection Limits: Ensure you are not using your subscription on too many devices simultaneously

On my Android box i find clearing the cache of the misbehaving APP often works wonders plus i find it helps to clear the cache on my VPN which i do weekly.
