I need to get a Spanish Licence, does anyone know if I have to have a medical and roughly how much does this cost. Patrick O'Neill

It depends if you are exchanging your other European licence?or if you're from another country for which the licence is not rec

Yes, do the medical first, I think mine was about 45€, then I used Orke in Los Montesinos, English speaking, to apply for the Spanish licence
