Just bought a property in Los Montesinos - Advice please?

Hi it's Pat

We have just bought a property in Los Montesinos and are coming over to have a weeks holiday in Feb we have a couple of questions if anyone can help

1/ What is the cheapest way to travel to and from the airport ?

2/ Are there soft furnishings shops to purchase duvets and pillows near by ?

3 / Someone told me you biggest bill through the year is your water bill is that right if so how much ? need to add to our sums .

I might have a few more questions before we arrive if that's ok

1. Hire Car. You will need it if you are going to be shopping.

2. Possibly La Zenia or a Carre Four

3. Budget 35e per mth for your water if it's a lock and leave

Hi Pat

Montesinos is a nice town but you will NEED transport. My personal suggestion is to use Centauro for car but buy a personal Excess insurance policy in the uk first. It works out cheaper than using the rental car's own insurance and their cars, prices and service was always good when I used them.

Conforama in La Zenia or Alcampo (same place) are both good places to buy stuff for a house.
